Can I order a swatch prior to ordering a pillow cover?
Absolutely! We prefer you order a swatch first just to be sure the fabric will coordinate in your space. Swatches can be requested here. Shipping charge applied is based on amount of swatches ordered. When you order a swatch, we also include a sample of the backing used for our single-sided pillow covers at no additional charge.
Do pillows come with inserts?
Square and lumbar inserts are sold separately from our pillow covers. For bolster orders, the appropriate size insert is included with your order. We currently only offer insert sizes that fit our standard pillow cover sizes. For custom orders and sizes not listed in our shop, we recommend inserts purchased from www.pillowflex.com.
To receive best pricing on inserts, order inserts at the same time as an associated pillow cover from our shop so they can ship together (select purchase type "with pillow cover"). If shipped separately or if ordered for a pillow cover not in our shop, select purchase type "without pillow cover" for appropriate pricing.
What size pillow insert should I purchase?
All listed sizes represent the finished size of the pillow cover. Meaning, a 22x22 pillow cover measures 22x22 (measurements taken from interior seams) and will require a larger insert for a snug fit. You can review our sizing recommendations here.
If you already have an insert but are unsure of its size, measure the insert's girth by wrapping a measuring tape around the middle of the entire insert. Divide that measurement by 2 to determine the insert size. You can also determine the insert size by holding the corners taut and measuring the length of each side.
Do you offer custom sizes not listed in your shop?
Yes! We can gladly make any size pillow cover you need for your space. Complete our custom pillow request form with more information about the size, and we will gladly send you a quote for your request.
Do you offer drapery?
Yes! Side panels and custom drapery offered in our shop is handcrafted by a designer workroom specializing in window treatments. Panels are made to your specifications and shipped directly to you from the drapery workroom.
Choose from side panels that ship within 10-15 days or select more customizations for drapery with a longer lead-time.
Can I send you fabric to make custom pillows?
Unfortunately not at the moment. We work in a very limited space and cannot accept fabrics from outside of our shop. We are glad to order our stocked fabrics in other colorways, and oftentimes we can order other fabrics made by designers we carry in the shop. Prices may vary with these custom requests because of minimum order requirements from our vendors.
To request a fabric not stocked in our shop or to select a different colorway of a pattern we stock, complete our custom pillow request form.
How long does it take to process my pillow order?
We do our best to have your pillow covers ready for shipment within 3-4 days of your order. However, we keep a limited amount of materials in stock, so please anticipate 3-4 weeks for shipment. Depending on the size of your order, more materials may be required which may delay shipment of your order. Some materials and textiles used in our shop have a 4-6 week lead time from the manufacturer. If you need your pillow covers within a certain time frame, please contact us prior to your order for an estimated shipment date.
What shipping options do you offer?
All pillow and bolster orders ship free domestically via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. If you would like to upgrade your shipping for a faster delivery, please contact us prior to your order. There may be an increase in price for upgraded shipping options.
Drapery ships via UPS Ground upon completion of your order. Side panels ship within 10-15 days. Custom drapery ships within 5-6 weeks.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All items in our shop are made to your order or final sale and not available for return or exchange. Once your order is placed, we oftentimes immediately begin cutting the material necessary for your order, so we also cannot accept cancellations. Each item is made with the highest quality. Interior seams of pillow covers are professionally finished, and a YKK invisible zipper is used for pillow closure. If you are unsure whether a pillow or drapery will coordinate in your home, please order a swatch to confirm. If an item is delivered and defective, please contact us immediately.
