Shipping policy

All orders ship via UPS and are final sale. Because all items are made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Shipping charges may be applied at checkout. Items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during delivery. 

In stock items are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Custom pillow request orders are processed once all necessary material has been received by our workroom. Most material arrives within 3-4 weeks and will ship within 1-2 weeks of its receipt.

Custom drapery request orders are handcrafted by a commercial workroom specializing in window treatments. Lead-times are ~5 weeks once all material has been received.

Quick Ship side panels ship within 10-15 business days. Panels are packaged neatly for shipment, and boxes should be opened immediately following delivery to prevent wrinkling.

If your order is defective upon arrival, please notify us immediately and keep all original packaging used during shipping. Please send us pictures along with your complaint to info@mississippistitches.com so that we can process your claim quickly.
